At the end of the players draft, I think it would be cool to have a coaches draft. I asked BME, and he agreed. That is, if everybody would be on board.

All the players and schemes would be set up. We would get coaches to run these schemes.

We could all decide on which coaches to get. HC, OC, DC, and ST are all obvious choices, but maybe the vote would be to go farther?

Would have liked to have had this established at the beginning, but this wasn't my draft obviously and I don't want to wait until next year to do it. I think it could be great.

What do you guys think?

I'm up for it, though I'm going to have a hard time finding an Air Raid coach in the NFL. I've got some ideas, though.

I think that since coaches are one of the most important parts of the game, this is like a must.

I don't know **** about any coaches or more specifically coordinators. I'd probably end up picking my own team's personnel

I'd be set as hell on the offensive side. I'd have to do a little research on the defensive side if we go with positional coaches.

Even though we probably won't, since there are only about 7 of us who follow the draft lol
