AORUS AD27QD - weird behaviour with 4K

Hello. I have an AORUS AD27QD. Its 1440P with 144HZ. But have upscaling to 4K and when i launch my first game on xbox one X i was able to run game on 4K. But now i dont know why when i am checking 4k in system settings it write THAT MY MONITOR not support 4K. So why on previous launch of game i was able to run 4K and now not?

Whenever I open specific programs such as osu or even things like wallpaper enginge, the monitor kind of reboots its self real quick as if I was switching the input source. Sometimes, specifically with osu, the monitor will https://vidmate.onl/ try to scale into 4k when, it's only a 2k monitor. Anyone else know a solution to this problem?
