Has your X gotten louder?

I have two Xs. One is a launch console sitting in my media room. The other is a model bought a year after launch sitting in my study.

The launch console is still whisper quiet. The study console has gotten progressively louder, first more noticeable on 4K HDR games and now it’s loud with any game I play regardless of workload.

On a side note, both consoles take longer to boot up from shutdown and routinely give me the “something went wrong, restart console” error message when I launch certain games or apps (which are resolved after restarting).
