Easy Way to Delete Images

Is there an easy way to delete images in the Settings page? I just noticed I have over a 1000 images. Going through them one by one makes deleting them too tedious. He He.

After hitting the Edit/Delete button, select an image. A box should pop up giving you the options to add a caption, add image tags, save changes or delete the selected image. Instead of clicking the delete button right away, continue clicking on images that you would like to remove (the top of that box will state how many images you have selected). Once all images you want to remove have been selected, hit the delete button and they'll all be removed.
