Q. Posting on articles?

Hi,

For months now I've tried to leave comments on articles and at first it looks goes through successfully. Then I refresh the screen and my comment isn't there. Any idea why this is happening? I've tried various browsers and its the same result. I think its something to do with my account. Not sure if you can help me with this but I don't know who to ask. Thanks.
