What are you playing this weekend, SW?

I've been taking it easy after beating Spider-Man 2 and Super Mario Wonder. Currently enjoying the Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer along with those classic maps. Other than that, will probably play some Star Ocean Remake and Like a Dragon: Gaiden. Hope to finish Gaiden before Like a Dragon 8 comes out. And maybe I'll check out Remnant 2 on GamePass. How about you, SW? What are you playing this weekend?

Dead Space Remake again!

Sadly, I'm also in the same situation with @last_lap on no gaming this weekend as I too will be busy and that's me & my family are moving to our new Apartment. So therefore, I won't have my gaming PC online probably till late Sunday night if I'm lucky to play anything on it. Guess the only slightly gaming I'll be doing while taking a break is just my Switch and continue playing Metroid Prime: Remastered. Very fun game as I'm one of the original Metroid Prime GC era.

Kena, Spider-Man, Street Fighter 6. That's the plan anyway, as soon as I finish re-neutralising the Syndicates after my Dagath farm in Warframe. F***ed up my first attempt, forcing me to reset everything and start the sequence all over again, which is why it's taking so long. Barring another f***-up, I should complete this on Saturday, freeing up more time for the aforementioned games.

No Warhammer III this week; CA dropped update 4.1 last week, which broke my beloved Sisters of Twilight's Hawk Riders, and they remain unfixed after two hotfixes. The SoT are my anchor, my comfort zone, my refuge I return to when my other campaigns aren't going well. I literally cannot play the game without them.

Two weeks ago, I finished MGS3 on Extreme with no alerts, no kills, no continues, no life meds, no special items, all the kerotans (frog figures) hit and only the original camera. Playtime was five and a half hours.

Now I am doing all that again except without the kerotans and with less than 25 saves, for the Foxhound rank that I never got before. I just beat The End and am only at one and a half hours so far. I have only used seven saves. Reason the last playthrough took so long was mostly because I didn't know where most of the kerotans were, except those I had already found before loading a save. To set myself apart from the thousands of people who have already gotten the Foxhound rank, I am (aside from using the original camera only, which almost nobody does) trying to use only one suppressor per gun. I have used a little more than 1/3 of the Mk II tranquilizer pistol suppressor.

I am playing Port Royale 4 and Madden 24.

I almost have the Spanish campaign finished in PR4.

I also picked up Tripp VR. Only played one section so it is too early to tell if I like it or not. It was kind of neat. It is suppose to help your psyche through meditation. I have not tried it enough to know if it works. I did wake up in the morning, the day after trying it, seeing a Tripp image in my mind the first and only time I tried it.

FarCry 6. It’s nice to go to ”Cuba” as it is freezing outside 🥶.

But I won’t be able to finish it before Avatar, so that is an issue 🤔

Man I hate moving, I have waaaaaay too much stuff I would need to move, but I think I too will be moving next year some time.

I wanna finish Mirage before Avatar releases next week, don't want to be playing too many open world games at the same time.

I had a pretty good run with it. The highlights were definitely the parkour and exploring Baghdad and surroudings. Learning more about the Abbasid empire in Mirage whilst playing as them in Age of Empires IV was also a ton of fun for me.

just got an xbox with gamepass so will be trying out a few bits. nice to hear remnant and remnant2 are on there. enjoyed r2 on the ps5.

started playing the first couple of hours of redfall last night. big arkane fan so had to give it a go. went in with an open mind but first impressions were not good at all, across the board - presentation, art style, performance, writing, mechanics... it just didn't feel like an arkane game. compared side by side with deathloop (albeit from a different arkane studio) there's such a gulf in quality and polish it's crazy. still keeping an open mind but feels so far like the scathing reviews were warranted, we'll see

I am hooked to Dragon's Dogma at the moment. Slaying large beasts give a special kind of satisfaction. Kudos to Capcom for this underrated gem!

I am at level 8 now, gonna play it on my PC Switch this weekend, and hopefully get more experience.

Also, I plan to continue the journey of Peter Parker and Miles Morales in Spiderman 2, as well as collect materia in FF 7 Intergrade DLC. Already finished the main game (FFVII world is my fav. of all the different FF worlds).

Other than that, my kid forces me to play Mario Odyssey with him. So that's also on my weekend gaming menu. We have already finished the Dark Side world, now collecting moons for the Darker Side. This is my kids fav. game of all.

If enough time I also want to continue the quest of Link in Zelda TOTK on my, ahem, Switch.

Waiting for the Composite cable to arrive from China for my PS3 as HDMI port burned out. Otherwise, I always game on it during the weekend. A lot of gem games on it that I want to complete like Spec Ops, Hunted, Castlevania, Injustice, etc.

And if you were wondering, yes, I have no social life as gaming has been my prime entertainment source for 34+ years. I hate social life as it's feels utterly boring to me.

Remnant 2 on XSX.

Replaying Nu-Raider games. Not particularly good. Writing is definitely the worst. Like it was written by 2 teams. People that like Tomb Raider and ugly women. Especially the first game.

They should make her 45+ years old for the next game.

Both Resident Evil 2 original and remake.

Halo Infinite...

I was going to take a shot at finishing CP2077 this weekend but it looks like another patch is coming with some more adjustments so may hold off on that. Still have a load of gigs to do but no more missions outside the main one now really.

I have only just started Spiderman so playing that also. Looks like a fun game but i think i'm trying to play it a bit too much like the Arkham games when it comes to combat. It's a bit different. Fun though. I also got a Dualsense controller on sale so happy with that.

Hogwarts Legacy and Far Cry 6. A bit of Apex Legends here and there

• Finished The Talo Principle and it's dlc Road to Gehenna last weekend didn't get anywhere near all the stars.
• Finished Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition campaign yesterday. Taking a break before doing its dlcs
• Also finished Portal one yesterday.
• Finished Portal one 6 challenge level today. Might do Portal RTX Remix sometime as well.
• will be stating Resident Evil 2 Remake.

Hopefully finish Callisto Protocol then on to TLoU2.

Also gonna watch Redskins get thumped again.

Making progress on Final Fantasy 16. I picked it up on Black Friday for $35.

Well I just started Rabi-Ribi last night, so probably more of that and more Senran Kagura. I've had a strong urge to replay the Senran Kagura games and also play the ones I haven't. And I'll be continuing God of War: Chains of Olympus on my PSP. I'm just reminded of how fantastic this handheld is.

Been quite a while since the last time. HL2 is so good. I did Ravenholm with just the gravity gun. Amazing how much work you can get done with just a radiator.
