Hell yeah! I work out from 30 min to 2 hours a day depending on how the day is going. I walk outdoors and lift heavy weights. I don't take any supplements, protein powder, or steroids. My diet is shit but not as bad as it used to be. I could definitely work on nutrition, I just don't really care. I would certainly notice improvements in my chest and abs. Arms, legs and back look great though! If I didn't workout I'd probably be dead.
