Disruptive user Threatens Me with Flagging from Multiple IDs

Would love it if you mods could block this person and their IP.

Would also really love it (though I am not sure if you could), if you could at least give me an idea of whether this user has the same IP as any other user on the site. Would love it equally if I could at least know what general location the IP is based out of.
