Email notifications have malformed URLs

Every email notification I receive contain broken links. An example of a link to the thread would be:

Which throws a cert error and fails. It also fails if I replace the url6319 part with www. All of the links in the emails are like this.

Getting the same thing, every news letter I've gotten in the past few weeks have been shown this message "

Can you give me some more information about which email service you use, as well as your browser?

My GS account is associated with a Gmail account. Chrome is reporting the certificate error. When I open the same URLs in Edge, it just redirects to a www.gamespot.com address without an error. Here's a screen grab of the cert error:
