What's your gaming routine like?

I usually don't need any snacks or anything caffeinated while I'm on my evening sessions but I always have some ice cold water either in a cup or large bowl that I splash over my face which usually carries me on pretty well until I feel like I could almost crash into slumber

... and study a Long play of the game I'll play next so that I know , what would be accomplishable in terms of self imposed challenge

Gaming is when I do most of my hydration, so if it's in the morning I drink green or black tea, if it's in the evening I'm drinking mint tea. I don't eat while I game, it kind of kills the immersion for me.

As for when I game, usually afternoon/evening for a couple hours when I get home from work.

On weekends, if I'm not seeing my family or hanging out with people, I usually kind of game when I wake up ( iget up at like 6AM, so it's not like there'd be much to do anyway), then do chores or run errands when I get bored, then game to reward myself after 😋

Honestly it's a pretty good routine; low-key and simple.

I put the kids to bed, play a game for about an hour, then go to bed.

Not much of a routine. Got free time and nothing else I need to take care of, put on a game. Always been that way I guess.

I play games between 10:30 am to 3:30pm every weekend on my PS5. On average, I play games 8-10 hours a week. I rarely play games on workdays.

Could probably carry that to atleast 3 nights in a row before it really gets detrimental than I'd need a temporary break ,so it doesn't cut interfere to much with work

And on many occasions I would do a variation of Wim Hof breathing from my nose to my abdominal walls to alleviate the stress going through my mind

I do the ice bucket challenge before I game. 😂

I don’t have a routine. I just want to immerse and enjoy the game.

No consistency for when I play games, though sometimes I'll book time off work to play a game at release.

Game most in the evening, less during football season.

i play games 5 hours every day

Don't have one, just playing when i feel like it, most of the time its late night.

I tend to game weekend afternoons, usually will get some grapes and blue berries, a cappuccino and sometimes some mango/banana shakes that I make myself.

Weekdays my schedule is pretty tight. Lucky to get an hour a night. Weekends are my sweet spot. My wife works weekends, so it is not uncommon for me to sit down at 9am and game till my wife gets home at 7pm. I do take a couple breaks here and there to take my dog out back and throw the ball around for a bit. He is not shy about letting me know when it's time for a break.

I don't have a gaming routine, it's mainly at night before I go to bed. I'll play for an hour or two at the most.

That's some pretty sizable time ,I'd be lucky to do that in a week at most ,If I wasn't trying to add study to the schedule

I might play a game or two late at night once or twice in a week.
