Out of these though I feel like Lara Croft is the best.

Overall, I still gotta give it 100% to Dr Liara T'Soni. One of my favorite characters in any media, not just video games. I loved her transition from a shy, quite researcher, who you didn't even know if you could trust, to close friend/love interest and arguably the most powerful person in the entire galaxy.
