A game I bought on the iOS store 4 years ago is now gone. Have I lost it now?

I just went into my App Store and tapped my profile and it was bought for £10 if I recall, four years ago.

The game is not available any more so can I assume it’s lost forever now?

The game is simply called Xcom. I never played it because it ran too slow on the 4s but was going to give it another shot now I’m using a 5s.
