3rd part Switch controller constantly pulls to the left

I have a wireless 3rd party controller that's similar to the Pro controller that pulls to the left constantly, which makes it unusable. I unscrewed it and trying vacuming around it, but can't access the D pad or joystick area directly. Is there anything else I can do? Fortunately my included Switch controller works, but it's really annoying that this one doesn't work so I can't play 2 player games.
