I have no plans to get the Switch Lite, but it comes along at the right time. I think the color options are decent, though maybe I wish Nintendo would take a page from the Gameboy Pocket and release it in many colors at once.
I have at least three big games to get on the Switch this year, so that's where my $200 is going, lol.
I might consider getting one, but I'm still deeply on the fence with the switch, especially since I still have the 3DS and the Wii U the those two combined with the other Nintendo systems I own can give me plenty of Nintendo's experiences and exclusives.
zero interest, personally. I'm unlikely to be drawn to a "Pro" option either, but that's much more likely to interest me. I've taken my Switch on a few flights now, and use it laying in bed or on the porch pretty often - it's honestly fine for that; certainly not problematic enough for me to spend more money. If anything, I see the Lite as either a downgrade for existing owners or an alternative for new people who flat-out don't want to use theirs docked.
Nope but am getting the update battery Switch.
I spend hours on the train every day and the base model Switch has been pretty useless for this over my 3DS. Finally the upgrade handheld Gamers have wanted since launch!
I swapped my old one for the revised Switch today... it's already out here in Aus :)
Definitely notice a difference with the battery. And it seems to be more quiet in docked mode too.
I seriously considered it, but I will be buying my first switch at the end of the month and I'm just going to go all out. Pretty excited about it.
@hrt_rulz01: I thought about waiting for that model to release in my area, but I have battery banks I can use if need be.
