Doesn't it actaully depend on the type of goal you're trying to achieve? But realistically speaking, I think yes.
[QUOTE="soulless4now"]Because no matter how much you put your mind to some things, they just can't be done. I believe those who are saying yes (like myself) are not including things like teaching a dog calculus. However let's say I wanted to become a successful Hollywood actor, with enough work I believe I could accomplish such a feat.Sure, why not?

I could be a straight A student, but that would mean my social life would take a hit. I don't think an A is worth that. I'm jealous of people who can manage both well. This image may be relevant to some. ZumaJones07
It depends on your viewpoint of life.
Somethings, Like teaching your Dog Calculus, or wanting to be in the NBA, but you're 3 feet tall, obviously are not going to happen
But things like becoming a Billionaire or President are feasible, because we have people today who have done them.
Remember,
People used to think that flying was impossible
People used to think that 16 kilobytes of ram was enough for everything
People thought that Chemistry was at its peak and there was nothing else to find.
The Naysayers of today will be the flabbergasted of tomorrow.
