Me too, Goldzilla 1998 got awesome action and special effects. This new Godzilla is all about the crazy breaking bad family and its problems over Godzilla :(

Why do I have the feeling you're making fun of me? XD

No No In all honesty, i didn't enjoy new Godzilla. Only the movies cinematography was awesome. Very less of Godzilla and whenever action was about to happen between Godzilla and the monsters, story shifted to the idiotic family ( wuts dad doing or brooding over dead wifey, son doing or sons family doing). The movie couldve been a masterpeice if the story stayed on godzilla. They ruined it in name of tension build up.

Ummm Eva Mendes nude =P

While whole movies awesome , most dangerous scene was ethan in the loco gangsters hideout without knowing denzel sold him out, all playing cards / joking around. What happens next was unexpected lol.

The latest movie I watched was The Amazing Spiderman. It's cool but I prefer more actions without the help of massive Computer Generated effects. But it's still amazing though. Haha. Confusing.

I saw Guardians of the Galaxy last weekend. I thought it was amazing. Great movie.

Also recently watched Clear History, made by and starring Larry David. Seinfeld kind of humor, obviously. It was pretty funny.

'Frank', which was good for an hour then fell apart in the last thirty minutes.

'Coherence', biggest surprise so far this year. A true gem. One of the top five of the year so far for me.

I watched The Amazing Spiderman 2 yesterday. It has some problems, but I enjoyed it a LOT more than the first one. The cinematography was significantly better as well.

'The One I Love', pretty good, fun plot, best to go in without knowing what it is about. Just don't expect it to stick with you once it is over. Elisabeth Moss is brilliant, as always.

'Honeymoon', utter shit. The exact sort of horror film I hate. Worst film so far of 2014, IMO.

'Oculus', pretty darn great - for a horror flick. Great production and performances; actually earns its suspense and scares. Plus a total mind **** at times. Who knew a mirror could make such a good and psychotic horror villain!

'Blue Ruin', devastatingly good. One of the tensest thrillers I've seen in a while. Also one of the years best films.

Under the Skin. Not a masterpiece like some critics say, but definitely not over pretentious garbage like lots of people have said it is. 8/10 experience for me. The way it is filmed is different than most new films, and that's what I really appreciated and enjoyed. Very thought provoking.

  • Stargate: 7/10

The Prestige. It was some 10 days ago, I'm not a hardcore movie fan, more of a series kind of a guy. The movie was good, enjoyed the Tesla bit they threw in there quite much. I didn't care for the accents though, and the completely unnecessary Scarlett Johansson made me yawn. Good movie nevertheless.

Just watched "Sacrament" on Netflix, part of my scraping the bottom of the Netflix barrel but was pleasantly surprised, I liked the premise of a VICE crew going out to document a cult, wasn't sure what to expect, but by the end I realized the film was just a retelling of the Jonestown Cult mass suicides of that happened in 1978, but in a different setting and time and location but the events are paralleled the cult on many levels, from how they depicted the leader, to the cult behavior, to how the mass suicide was carried out, and the reasons that set forth the mass suicide, such as the media coverage of the cult.

It almost made me forget how awful Maze Runner was, but I guess I was asking for it then, I mean what did I expect going to see a film based on teen fiction, like all the other teen fiction shit it turned out to be shit on screen.

It was a fun movie, but not making any sense(?), I thought it couldn't be any simpler for the most part, except for the end where the time reset was earlier but who cares. Overall I'd say it was one of the better summer films.

Actually the last reset time was correct, it was other stuff that didn't make sense.
