1) which is more important the memory clock speed or the core clock speed in a video card?

2)what is the difference between a 'video' card and a 'graphics' card... or are they just two phrases with the same meaning?

3)Does it make a difference if my current power supply doesnt cover that of what a video card needs?

I know some of them probably seem pretty retarded.... but thats me :)

!) they are both important

2) video card for video related applications, graphics card for gaming( I think...)

3) YES! it does matter, get a powersupply that at least covers the minimum requirements for your gfx card
