can I use a DDR2 video card if I have DDR ram?

If memory serves, DDR actually first appeared on video cards before making its way to system RAM. This goes back to the original Geforce 1 cards in late 99 early 2000.

Heck you can use GDDR4 GPUs (upcoming R600) with DDR3200 if you like...Oemenia
