Any paintball tips?

So I battled my second time yesterday, the first I paintballed was 8 years ago and the field was much larger so I. Really didn't have any fear at that time and I didn't get shot luckily, but now I am find it harder. Any tips, my second battle will be this friday.

the dam mask, I could hardly see with it misting up all the time, I'd rather not wear one and take my chances.

Moaning aside not really got any advice, just go and have fun, there's nothing to fear being hit a few times doesnt hurt at the time, and only stings a little afterwards
