There's a lot of big men available in FA, so it makes a lot of sense to draft a point guard at number 2 instead of a Big. As far as the heat go they got a steal at number 10.

IMO it's between Rockets and Spurs. Obviously hoping the Rockets acquire him as I think he would be both an excellent fit and talent.

I actually hope they don't get LMA though. I'd much rather keep Bosh. Mostly for sentimental reasons.

The bench ain't bad as it stands now. McRoberts is pretty versatile, Chalmers, Birdman, Winslow, Ennis/T. Johnson/Z. Dragic. It's not the best or most deep bench, but I bet McBob, Chalmers, and Winslow will be solid off the bench.

Dragic, Wade, Deng, Bosh, and Whiteside is a pretty damn good starting 5 though.

I'm actually ok with lakers getting hibbert. Always liked the dude even though he isn't exactly an offensive juggernaut

I like what my Knicks have been doing (mostly). Kristaps Porzingis, Afflalo on a short deal, a rim protector in Lopez and some upside with O'Quinn. Derrick Williams? Yikes. Plus I still don't if we are rebuilding or trying to win some games. Carmelo feels out of place.

The Spurs' acquisitions are nice, but I still think next year for the Spurs hinges on Kawhi Leonard finishing more consistently. He can't have a performance like he did in those last three games against the clippers where he shot under 30% ever again.
