2017 PS4 vs XB1 Excluisives So Far

Why is Microsoft making a new console with no games? I'm thinking of selling my Xbox One. I haven't turned it on a single time this year (no joke).

Halo Wars 2 is on pc.

They have no exclusives, it's just an expensive brick.

And Yakuza and Persona will probably end up on PC as well. So It's not as big of a gap, but you still can't play them on X1.

The gap is massive right now and will continue to grow judging by how Microsoft apparently stopped trying already.

Why, some of the games listed for PS4 can also be played on PC/PS3? Just seems more of the old, we don't love our system, we just hate yours. That and the fact BS Now will be killing PS4 exclusives soon enough then the goal posts will be moved again. :P

Xbox One won't have large exclusives anymore, due to Play Anywhere. Third-parties may make something exclusive, but that's got a near 0 chance of happening. Why are we so fixated? We know it won't be getting exclusives, and in my eyes, this is a great avenue for myself, as I invest fairly heavily in PC gaming.

The number of exclusives are less relevant to me then as to which exclusives that I desire to play more.

Why are Nier and Tales of up there?

While technically true, the PC and console market space is pretty much separate with no real crossover. So in the real world it's pretty much an exclusive to the Xbox One and can be treated as such.

These strict definitions of "exclusives" are purely for internet arguing and have no merit in the real world and frankly I would prefer the general mentality of this board to be focused more on the real world rather than the fake internet world.

E3 didn't really help the situation that Microsoft is in this year when it comes to making good games.

Oh last gen Halo,Gears forza the holy trinity of high 90's,a time where getting 86 like resistance or 89 like the first uncharted were consider mediocre because it was 90 or better.

Since 2001 until 2013 lemmings were all about power and superior multiplatforms,when this gen hit performance and resolution didn't matter.

But then the biggest turn around again,after not caring about power for 3+ years now lemmings who even banish from the forum now are posting again and lemmings again care about power because they are getting a $500 new platform.

• Ni-oh: 0.65m
• Horizon:Zero Dawn: 2.84m
• NBA The Show 17: 0.77m
• Persona 5: 0.89m

Nier and Halo Wars 2 are on PC.

Even if these numbers doubled in June, they are an absolutely pathetic percentage of transferrence to the current install base and gives evidence that these games are only made to buy investor confidence and indoctrinate a tiny amount of new users.

The majority of gamers buy most multiplatform games. Thats the reality. Exclusives are only a concern to more dedicated gamers but to everyone else they multiplatform game. I always find it funny how people stress such much on exclusives. With that said Horizon is a pretty than good Exclusive to have.

What are the best selling games on every platforms? GTA, Call of duty and Fifa?

Yes, i know, some games will be on PC, but anyway. There are some double standards in System Wars. Be sure that someday some Xbone fan will say that FM7 or Cuphead are exclusive games.

If that really is the sales figures for Sonys exclusives, that is absolute SHIT! It is a shame also because Persona 5, Horizons, Ni-oh are all excellent games (bought all three) and deserve to sale well. Come on cows don't you support all these great exclusives you have. Wow!
