PC, PS5 and Switch. I get the best performance and access to every game that releases.

No option for Xbox Series X/Switch/PS5?

Those are the systems I want this gen. I already have the Switch. I want to get an XSX next and then a PS5 after that.

PS5 and Switch for me. PS5 is essentially for me. Switch is essentially for the kids.

"PS5/Switch/PC" is the logical choice! I'll be getting PS5 this year but in the meantime, I'm currently with PC/Switch at this moment. Nothing against XSX but its still a redundant console if you have a gaming PC when MS will port their games on PC.

Everyone here knows I'm pro PC, so gaming PC means everything to me and PS5 (soon) & Switch are for exclusives.

PC for main, and PS5/Switch for secondary.

I'll probably settle for PC/PS5, though currently just PC

its possible i'll forgo the PS5 if Sony keep releasing their exclusives on PC.. will see where things are at in a year or so

Technically PC/Switch, though the switch has largely gone unused for the past year. Finally got a chance to dust it off (and it was well coated) for Mario Kart when I had a friend over last week. Not sure why people go nuts for MK, its decently fun with others but pretty simplistic and the item balance is horrible (auto-nuke against whoever’s in first?). Sonic All Stars Transformed was way better.

I'll get the PS5 for returnal Switch lite for all those ninty games and games on the go and get series x for halo infinite and PC card way down the line.

The answer is very obvious. PC/PS5 is the way to go. If you want to experience the only system that still runs everything in 720p and 30fps in 2021, the Switch is a great choice as well.

Sticking with ps4 pro and old laptop for now. Will either get a ps5 or ps5 Pro. Probably a newer laptop first though. Possibly a Switch Pro model also, but that's last on the list.

PS5/Switch/PC seems to be the clear winner. Can't say I disagree with that.

I've had every Playstation released but I haven't bought an Xbox since I got a major burn during the 360 fiasco. I usually go with the PC/PS combo, but I may just go with PC this time around. With Sony starting to bring exclusives to PC, and the fact that I'm not seeing alot of major titles with release dates down the pipeline on PS5, I'm thinking it will be at least mid gen before I see content that I'm interested in. I may change my mind in a few years but as of now I'm happy with my PC gaming companion.

PS5, PC, Switch... Gonna be playing the PC 90% of the time tho.

I voted nothing I may eventually just quit gaming all together it's stale for me these days. I'm going through a anhedonia stage and it sucks and on top of that the 70 bucks price hike really makes me sour on the hobby.

AAA wise, def in that boat. Very few shit actually pay full price for now. Cinematic crap or basically just a scam job.

VR still relatively exciting frontier stuff.

Bit of a downer response, but I understand. Hopefully you find that original passion for gaming again at some point. Personally, I'm fairly new to PC gaming so I've got this huge wealth of classics I never got to play before. It's like a renaissance, except these games are actually new to me, for the most part. Newer games (as in actually new) I've largely ignored for the time being, with some exceptions. As Cup said above, VR is one area that is pretty exciting. Not sure if you're into that, though.

At this stage, Switch will be my main gaming system going forward (including an upgraded one if it happens).

I'll also probably get either a Series X or S eventually, but not in any rush.

Thanks man, and yes I like VR one of the bright spots for me not only in gaming but more techwise. Something somewhat new that impresses me and has alot of room to improve and grow it will be interesting to see what it will be like in 10 or 20 years from now.

I have everything but a Series X...but I'll eventually get one because I don't want to upgrade my PC anymore.

But for a few thousand dollars you can get a RTX 3080. 😊

XSX/Switch/PS5, already got XSS and Switch

I think it's pretty clear most gamers got really burned by MS Xbox One alone but the 360 was awesome. It's hard to go back with MS nowadays if you have a gaming PC, no point in investing in another Xbox console IMO.

Few PC gamers still gaming with GTX 970 and that was Nvidia's best GPU of its time. Upgrading is just a personal choice.

Most likely the Switch. Now that Nintendo only produces one console. They have some interesting JRPG exclusives.

Might get PS5 later down the line... only games that excite me are Final Fantasy titles and Persona

I got the PS5 at launch and couldn’t be happier with it. There’s a few games on Xbox I would like to be able to play but not enough to warrant me buying an Xbox series x as well.

XSX and Switch this new gen. Will also get the new rumored Switch Pro if it comes out.

I have a Series X (plugged into a LGCX OLED) and a Oculus Quest 2 at the moment.

PC's are to overpriced for what you get in my opinion and the Switch has had nothing that has remotely interested me since SMO, and that was pretty average.

Will pick up a PS5 sometime in the future once the stock is no longer an issue and the game have has a chance to fall to a reasonable price.

I mean, the cost of a PC right now is horrendous, largely due to graphics card inflation. But under normal circumstances it's not that bad if you just shop for deals effectively, and aren't going pre-build. The thing about it is that if you keep that smart shopping mentality and apply it to games, thus sticking to bundle/Steam deals and whatnot, you'll make that money back in no time. PC gaming can actually be really cost-effective if you take the effort to keep the cost of actual games down.

PC. I'll be getting series X when STARFIELD launches as it will be on Xbox only. No PC.

Envious of those who have every platform, but I am with a PS5 and top end PC right now and I couldn't be happier. Currently my PS5 gets the most attention by far. I'll get the switch pro as soon as it releases.

PC and Switch for now. Probably grab a PS5 sometime down the line, but it doesn't seem worth it right now. I've hardly played anything besides my laptop in the last few months.
