Dad of War: Ragnarok hype thread we all been waiting for! (GOTY) Update: GS gives it 9/10!!!

Yeah yeah, I meant to say God of War but whatever right? It's been a long time I've done a hype thread and trying to keep SW traditional hype on a AAA game, might as well get this out before the damn review lands. Gonna keep this short, This is Kratos final game...to say the least. It's been said Ragnarok will take 50hrs to complete just doing the main & side quest combine.

And finally for my score. Gonna go with a 9/10 (88 MC I guess as I don't do MC) and since I don't have a PS5, I'll take what @TheEroica said and pick it up for PS4 as my launch PS4 still has life left. That's it, this is Sony's biggest title yet and this is all or nothing if it doesn't win GOTY.

5 plus hours of cutscenes. Another 2-3 of walk and talk. QTE boss fights… I already know it’s a “nah,” for me

Bayonetta 3 gets GOTY

I'm expecting a good score but likely not as good as the fanboys want lol.

It's also using the same engine as the previous game, so you know it's going to have those lengthy load times, disguised as cinematic travel mechanics, of course😋

Will get 10/10. critics will get blown away by its animation, graphics and this being a movie game where you do nothing so it can attract casuals and non gamers.

lol. I get bored just thinking about the game.

GOW was even worse than uncharted. it was one of the worst game I have ever ever played.

That is why I stopped playing the last one.

It wasn't bad, it was just, you know...another cinematic Sony game. Not my cup of tea.

I managed two hours of it before uninstalling. I got around 5 minutes of "gameplay" from those two hours. The gameplay was quicktime events and walking. 👍 Best game ever.

Isn't it depressing to even think that lems and sheep will never be able to play this game? This is one of those best titles of the whole generation, and no one but us, Sony Professionals, will be able to play the game.
