Well?
I just bought Dreams for $25 from Best Buy. Although I don't have a lot of time for it, I really want to check it out. LittleBigPlanet was a great franchise. Wanted to see what Media Molecule had up their sleeve for this game.
The man of Medan on Xbox store sale a week ago do enjoy the interactive movie games every now and again.
Ace Combat 7 two days ago. I got to try the VR which was cool.
PSVR or on PC? I was hoping they would make a VR option for PC since this game looks a lot cooler than the other flight games that do have a VR option. Been keeping an eye out for a decent VR title that has gamepad support but so far not a lot has caught my eye other than Project Cars 2 for which I may get it if it ever has a good sale. Too bad Horizons doesn't have any VR support.
Technically, FFVII: Remake, but next week is a double SEGA release with Streets of Rage 4 and Sakura Wars.
Darksiders Genesis (Switch; physical)
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands (Wii)
Cuphead (Switch; digital)
Broforce (Switch; digital)
X4 foundations. A big improvement over rebirth. I have only scratched the surface of it though. Still not the most polished game in the world and major surgery is needed under the hood (the game is basically single threaded) but still a very interesting game.
FF7R also. The majority of it was fantastic but talk about missing the wide open goal with the end. I still loved it all the same but it's a bit linear for my taste too. Interested in second one still and seeing golden saucer and choco racing.
Sonic Team Racing. It's not as good as the kart racing goat, Mario Kart 8 but it is very fun. Even if the challenges are insanely difficult to platinum.
Bought Disco Elysium and NG2 pretty much at the same time. Polar opposites for sure.
XBX enhanced NG2 is everything I hoped it would be. Performance issues are completely fixed. And I knew the significant resolution increase would be nice, but not this nice. The clean art style of the NG games holds up surprisingly well at higher resolutions.
Disco is pretty much what I expected. And yes, the writing is outstanding. Insanely good even by its sub-genre standards which makes it unbelievably good by gaming standards. Though I am finding it difficult to play more than an hour at a time. It's excellent at what it does, just not what I'm typically looking for in a game these days.
Remnant From the Ashes for me, and bought Nascar Heat 4 on the Marketplace and gifted it to my bro for his birthday,
With game pass, I don’t need to buy games anymore.
So you're saying you play no new AAA games whatsoever other than MS? so when BIG AAA games come out you wait until they're on gamepass , if they ever do get put on there? lol sure you do.
I'm a lem too. but lets not over do it here lol.

Yeah, was browsing the Game Pass offerings the other day while setting up the new Xbone. It's a sweet deal for sure, lots of good games on there. I'll probably sign up for it some time if it lines up with me wanting to try out a specific game. I actually could have just played NG2 through game pass, but I know I want to own this game, was the main reason I bought the console.
Still, I'm a bit too particular about what I want to play and when. No way a service like that would have me covered. Kinda why I quit Humble Bundle, it's a great deal as well, but not gonna have the game I want right when I want it.
If game pass happens to have every game you want to play, that's uhh... pretty great lol. But I doubt it.

I have considered it for my youngest as he gets I won't say bored easily, lets just say distracted lol.
He has a loop of games he plays FH3/4, Roblox, Minecraft, Rocket League, but after those he keeps asking for new games, and the ones I own are not his style (except for racers) so I see it as a benefit in that way to subscribe to gamepass, and that's about it, as it can not sustain anyone person, but can accompany one's own gaming library.
Yes there are great games on there, but some are to not my liking and every person is different, but it can't cater to anyone person, its why I called him on it.
As for me, well i like to own my games and play them at my leisure that's why game pass is not for me, and i won't shill it because its from MS.

Damn, yeah something like game pass would've been absolutely killer as a kid lol. Back then just wanted to try all kinds of games.
But yeah exactly man. It's probably a good value to have alongside your purchased games. Be nice to just test drive a game you had a passing interest in, or every so often it might have just the game you were looking to play. But would be kinda shit to depend on it exclusively.

Yeah finding a gem you wouldn't otherwise play is what its best for. I recently bought Remnant From the Ashes and its the best new game I've played in at least a year, now i'm sure plenty of others find that game a gem on there, and other gems.
Its just not sustainable as a sole way of gaming.
Wait you bought an XB1 to play Ninja Gaiden 2 lol, you must love that game, me I do like it and still own it, but the one on the original OG Xbox I thought was better.
