More PS5 Gameplay from GodFall the "Combat Trailer"

Damn dude the environments look so sick and bright I'm digging this.

This and Spiderman is day one for me. Gameplay looks pretty fun for a launch title.

Looks pretty good. The character designs look cool. I could see myself having some fun with this game.

You beat me to it. This is the best showing this game has so far. I was down on the game but definitely starting to look decent.

Yeah this trailer shows we don't need cinematic's or cgi cutscenes to show off a game. Gameplay is king.

Not expecting much... IMO a likely 7, and a really stretched 8. I'd be more than happy to be wrong.

The gameplay seems ok, but the graphics and art style are really nice.

All I know is Godfall is coming to PC as well and the gameplay was really good. Godfall has been on my radar for a while and I hope it delivers.

This was a better showing than all previous trailers, but you can't hide from that ugly generic art style. I consider that f*ckedup art style of Warframe to be one of the ugliest i've ever seen in a video game, and this isn't far from it. The combat system in Godfall reminds me of a smartphone f2p cash grab and i'd bet its as bad as it looks. 6/10 trash.

Yea, usually an not particularly pretty game isn't a big deal, but this shit truly is atrocious looking.

I'm more interested in Outriders but this trailer made the game look a lot better than the last trailer for it.

Why is this being hyped ? No ... seriously. Why is this getting any hype around here ? The art style looks as generic as it can gets, the gameplay doesn't look exciting at all and the visuals aren't even that impressive (Demon's Souls looks so much better). This game has "The Order 1886" written all over its face.

I'm sorry, but this is the same boring crap we've seen this gen with Destiny, Anthem or Avengers. This Multiplayer loot crap thing needs to stop.

There is likely an option to turn off motion blur and that will be that first thing to go.

I’ll try out the game as long as the combat and controls are tight enough I’ll get many hours out of it.

People here basing Godfall before its out are really sad. Godfall to me looks good and despite the whole motion blur, I can easily turn it off on the PC version and it makes sense to have it on a console. That said, I'm looking forward to Godfall myself.

The game looks solid. I love beat-em-up action adventure games like God of War, Devil May Cry, etc..

I may grab it on pc, but probably not day 1. I don't think it looks bad at all. A bit generic in the artstyle, but the combat looks like it could be fun.

@uninspiredcup: In real life your sight gets blurry in motion. The sights of your peripheral is also always at state of blur too.

I've played games on PC with and without motion blur. And the Blur always looks better.

I heard this about Avengers, Anthem (during its beta), Fallout 76 (during its beta), Andromeda and Destiny 1 (after its beta). Godfall is a 6/10 generic piece of garbage nobody will remember 3 days after its out. This is not one of those "it might turn out to be good". This is more of a "lol told you so" kind of a game.

Disagree on this. I love grinding in games that offer a vast challenging endgame. I also love the likes of God of Wars, the Souls series, etc, so this would be right my alley, but it isn't. Do you know why? Because it looks like a shitty smartphone game, that's why. They could port it to a phone and i'd feel right at home. Generic art style, generic armor design, generic as f*ck enemies design, generic world and barebones combat system are the juicy traits of this game.

Looks 1000x better than halo infinite

I dig the color palette of the game, quite vibrant. It can turn out to be a great game but it's hard to tell beyond the visual style.

@hardwenzen: I remember people saying it about Destiny also, and still hear it today even though the series is still just as strong as ever lol.
