Really looking forward to playing it.

Who wants to bet ghosts will come back here a few weeks later saying the game is overrated and not atmospheric enough?
the combat looks fun and fluid. finally a third person action game that is not cinematic enough or having bunch of QTEs. no RPG is plus so I wont be engage in some long boring dialogues ala witcher 3.

Way ahead of you.

I don't think you're going to like it. In fact, I'm sure.
You're going to say it's terrible on a mouse and keyboard and will refuse to play it with a controller. You'll complain that the combat is clunky. Other reasons that I can't think of.
I can assure you that the mouse and keyboard controls won't satisfy you, which will make the game shit.
Never doubt FROM SOFTWARE.
Almost done with dark souls remastered on switch, and my copy of Sekiro arrives today.
Good timing.
Nice but I was buying it anyways, really looks good to me, I dont need a number to make a decision.....but good to see nonetheless.
Problem is I'm addicted to Divison 2 now, I think Ill have to out DMC5 down for a while for some reason I feel like playing this instead, looks more more fresh to me for some reason
Hmmm can't edit post anymore now I guess...anyways, according to Gamespot this is a difficult game....good to hear :
"After almost every boss battle I completed, I was so overwhelmed by the adrenaline that I had to put the controller down and give myself the time to settle."
Best on PS4 Pro @ 60hz...but smoothest on XBX @ 120hz...
shit on everything more like it
Watched a couple of hours of gameplay on Twitch last night and the game does look pretty awesome indeed. I may pick this up sooner then I was planning as I’m really itching to play it right now.
I really want to play this but I gotta finish Division 2 and DMC5 first (both of which are quite good so I can't complain)

Graphics aren't that good and the character isn't that manly. No guns is also minus.
Lmao.

I feel the RPG mechanics are a weakness for Souls, so I'm glad FromSoft eliminated the RPG mechanics for Sekiro.

Same, I'm glad it's focused now mostly on skill and reflexes rather than stats. There's multiple changes I'm seeing here that I like better than FROM's previous games. Better mobility (grappling hook), a stealth system, death blows.
I wish DF did a overview of Sekiro on PC as well, as the console versions (even the XOne) still have performance issues. Eh, I guess I can always refund if it tries to pull off a Metro Exodus.
I'm stuck in RDR2 and it's going on forever lol... So I'm gonna have to postpone this torture a while.
As soon as I finish Deadly Premonition (hopefully the next few days) I'm hopping on board. At this point From has perfected their game design, and this looks just fucking awesome.

To quote John Davidson former NY Rangers commentator "OH BABY!"
@cainetao11: hehe sounds like one of those games that if you beat it, you can brag about it. Unless the Gamespot reviewer's idea of difficult is not the same as mine....I haven't really checked out any other reviews.

I know what you mean, I'm in the same situation, although I love DMC5 I have not touched it since the Division 2 came out, and I've just decided to swap it for Sekiro since I'm only near the beginning of DMC5 I'll just continue playing that after.....Sekiro seems more "fresh" to me for some reason I want to play that sooner

hah yea I also abandoned DMC5 when Division 2 came out. D2 is a huge time sink but its really enjoyable.
i'll probably like Sekrio more but If I don't finish DMC5 before starting Sekiro I fear i'll never get back to it knowing my habits
The game is overrated trash. Same with all the souls/blood borne games. From software is one of the worst developers of all time. Armoured Core was always a terrible series because of the stupidly high difficulty.
Those games are broken AF and it’s the only reason they are “difficult”.
I can’t believe the gaming “journalists” actually convinced a generation of gamers that these insanely broken games are “fun”. Dying and failing a million times is not fun.
Terrible games.
They don’t even have the decency to add an easy mode in any of their games which means they are losing out on potentially 10 times the sales.
These games suck.
4/10 at best if you are a masochist.
@ghosts4ever: Witcher 3 is an RPG.
If you didn’t want to play an Game with RPG elements then you shouldn’t have played an RPG.
That’s on you.
