Fine with me to be excited about Uncharted again they would have to pull a God of war to be interested in that franchise again
And it wouldn't be difficult. First, enough with this jokester attitude everyone has. I want something mature with a serious tone. Secondly, they need to include semi open world maps for you to explore and approach every encouter the way you want. Third, rework their garbage arcadey gunplay, and instead, make it more realistic like what TLOU has. This alone would make me interested, and i consider myself as a UC hater ever since UC3 came out.
I wouldn't believe it even if they said it. Given the amount of money and praise it is no doubt seeing some return down the line. For now though, I can see a need to maybe give the franchise time to rest, let time leave people to yearn for it until making anew entry would be too profitable not to pursue.
I love Uncharted to death. The series is in my top 10 best series of all time list. But, it’s ok for series to end. I think it went out at the peak and it will be remembered fondly.
You really believe Jim Ryan is interested in rebooting Uncharted with a new dev?
They've zero interest, all they care for is live service games.

Yeah I agree: Uncharted 4 tried new things, instead of regurgitating what was there. I think it ended way better than some Hollywood franchises do...
I have only played parts 1 and 2, but I will definitely play 3 and 4 at some point. I might as well start over from Uncharted 1 and finish the whole series.
And I honestly don't mind. even if Uncharted 2 is a top 20-30 best game of all time, and UC4 was GOTY winner of 2016, I feel like the Uncharted series played out and Drake's story has concluded.
We don't really need another Uncharted game from Naughty Dog.
What we do need, is The Last of Us Part III, to release and break the internet (for the third time) and win every game of the century award.

Just continue your run, there isn't much point starting from 1 again.
1 and Golden Abyss are probably the weakest of the bunch.
UC 3 is a lot like UC 2, gets rid of the nade spam and it has some really interesting locales and a great soundtrack, in fact I'm still listening to it.
UC 4 is good, but I'd argue The Lost Legacy is even better. It does way more with is characters and is just refinement on UC4's gameplay.
Never say never in the land of entertainment. Naughty Dog will bring it back as soon as they hit hard times or whenever the **** they want to. Not that it really matters but one thing I've learned about the entertainment industry is never trust what anyone says to be true forever. Things change. Uncharted could easily come back. But who cares I guess. The main story of Drake is done anyway.
