What September game(s) are you most looking forward to?

And so it begins.. fall time is here. Lots of big games coming out this month. I was gonna stay quiet and not get anything this month, as I plan on playing Astral Chain. But the one game that piqued my interest, after playing the demo, is Catherine: Full Body. It seems like a really cool game. Never played the original, but I enjoyed the puzzle aspect and the anime scenes from the demo. So I may get that at launch! Other than that, so many games I want, but probably won't buy right away: Link's Awakening, Code Vein, maybe Daemon X Machina, Dragon Quest 11S. So yea, fall is here, SW.

What September game(s) are you most looking forward to?

Spyro, Link and Gears look good.

I don't think I'll buy any day 1 though.

September pick ups for me will be:

• Spyro: Reignited Trilogy (Steam)

Both Greedfall & Code Vein, I'm waiting for reviews & gameplay to see if both of these games are worthy of my full price purchase.

Edit: I will be playing Control next week and I doubt I'll get the chance to play Gears 5 only when I complete Control before moving on to Gears 5.

Surge 2. 1st game was fun.

I've got AI: The Somnium Files Limited Edition and Dead by Daylight pre-ordered for Switch. Very excited for those. I definitely want Spyro and Darksiders II for Switch as well.

Gunvolt Chronicles. I didn't realize it was coming out next month, but I'm a big fan of the first two games.

Other than that, I'll be getting the Genesis-mini and possibly the Japanese MD variation too.

Keeping an eye on Spyro Reignited, Gears 5, Greedfall and Code Vein. Not planning to buy any of them at launch, but will be keeping an eye on them.

Probably use most of my monthly budget on Destiny 2 on August 31st anyway.

Link's Awakening fur shur. Would love to play Iceborne, but gotta wait for the PC version.

@ProtossRushX: The fact that you have to state this every time you make a comment says the opposite. Do you really own just a switch? Basically you're missing out on 2/3 of the whole gen.

Greedfall, maybe Gears 5 PC later

Keep an eye on greedfall, maybe might buy it later.

Gears 5 for sure, that Ultimate Game Pass gives me a few days head start, sad though realizing though that probably means I will not be playing much more Gears 4 Horde after that launches, been playing that last three years almost. That might be most of what I play all month. That and the first week of September will likely be spent playing Blair Witch, which launches August 30th I believe, also launching on Game Pass.

Definitely want to play Surge 2 eventually, maybe after I finally finish first one.

Nothing. If Astral Chain reviews well I might grab that this month. I'm going through the backlog.

FFVIII Remastered. Obligatory platinum playthrough, naturally. May do the same for Ni No Kuni, but am hesitant to commit.

Greedfall intrigues me, but will likely wait for summer next year to add it to my backlog.

Won't be playing Borderlands 3, unfortunately. Not enough time to add another shoot-and-loot to my schedule.

FF8 Remaster

Wasn't aware a new Ys was coming out, can't beat Nihon Falcom.

Although there new Publisher sucks butt.

Borderlands 3 and Code Vein seem interesting, but still in maybe territory. Ni no kuni and FFVIII remasters also seem interesting, but I still have to play Octopath Traveler so probably not.

Gears 5 and Links Awakening

It's all about Gears 5 for me and will be the only game i play till i've got (All if not most) the achievements for it.

Catherine and Monster Hunter and that's probably all i would get this year.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, can't wait! Even went ahead and took the hit for the Limited Edition version with the Gameboy steelbook. Don't normally do L.E.s, but it is childhood nostalgia for me!

FF VIII for sure. And Code Vein looks pretty good.
