Master Roshi's Spinning Top
You can make Master Roshi move on the loading screen by rotating the right analog stick (I use left-right circles...but feel free to experiment), to increase his rotation (spinning) speed. Once he's got a good spin-on...use the left analog stick to move him left or right. I've also seen him move up and down ... probably takes different types of rotation with the analog sticks.

Freeze Glitch (For #17, #18, & Cell Only)
For this to work, allocate the taunt command to one of the shoulder buttons. This glitch works for #17, #18, & Cell only. You must have Energy Field equiped. If you execute the short cut Energy Field and very quickly do a taunt, the android will perform their taunt though the screen will change like it does when performing a death move. Your opponent will be frozen in place. You're free to do whatever you please but as soon as you strike your opponent, they will be able to move again. Timing is crucial for this to work.

Instant Ki in training mode.
This works only in training mode. And you can do it anytime. As soon as it starts press <select> and you will make your ki. Push it again to drop it to zero

Bulma pop out during skill shop from her corner of the screen
Press R2 to make Bulma pop out of her corner of the screen

Unlock everything!
Enter the Skill Shop while holding down the L1 and L2 buttons. Bulma will talk, but just leave, while still holding the L1 and L2 buttons. Re-enter the shop, repeat the trick over and over and your percent of your Capsules keeps increasing. This also unlocks characters for you, Breakthrough capsules, fusions, everything.

Alternate Uniform
When you are at the Character select screen, press Up or Down to use that character's alternatre uniforms. Note: Android 18 has three alternate uniforms.

Invulnerable Goten
When in Dragon World, whenever you have 2 allies to choose, choose Goten and Kid Trunks. Then when you can equip Goten's skills, equip Mysterious Vest. Have Goku be on the same space as Goten. This will increase Goten's defense by 30%. Then have Goten be on the same space as Kid Trunks. This will increase Goten's defense by another 30%. When you check status, Gotens defense will show up as 160, but because of the Mysterious Vest, it is actually now 200. Then try fighting someone with Goten. Even on Very Hard Mode, Goten cannot lose health when he is hit! This can be used until the end of the stage, or it will reset if you restart Dragon World. Then you will have to re-use the cheat.
If you can only select one ally, choose Goten anyway. Mysterious Vest and meeting with Goku will make his defense 170. This is not enough to block all damage, but it should give you a considerable amount of protection. I recommend equipping Goten with an additional Miracle Power, so his defense will increase as the fight goes on.
Note: This only works in Dragon World. Exitting Dragon World while having a heightened defense will not transfer the defense status. However, skills still apply.
WARNING: If an enemy has a heightened attack status, ex. 120, you will need a defense of 220 to be invincible. This can be achieved through defense icons found on the map. Note that this does not have to be Goten, any character can use this as long as their defense is 100 higher than the enemy's attack.Contributed by: OmniSonic

Master Roshi's Spinning Turtle Top
You can make Master Roshi move on the loading screen by rotating the analog stick to increase his spinning speed. Once he gets up to a good speed, you can move the analog stick left and right to make him move. You can even make him jump up and down sometimes!

Play in the Night version of some Stages
When selecting a stage to battle in, instead of using the A button, select the stage with the Y button. Some stages don't have a night version, but they may start off in a different part of that stage while choosing it with the Y button, like if you pick the Red Ribbon base with the Y button, you will start outside instead of inside.

Trunks's Sword
If you play as Trunks with his "normal" capsules, he will fight without his sword on his back. However, if you equip the capsule "Burning Slash" in his skill slots, he will start out the battle wearing his sword.
