Simple used game solution. All games include code that allows you to install to hard drive (as many times as you want), once code is used its bound to your account or whatever and is packed in new games. Used games obviously wont have this, since (in theory) the code would be used.

Personally while a small change, it would be very convenient and I would like to see it used. Hell, just small helpful incentives could tip the scale. Buy the game new, get something a little extra (nothing worth much extra value just something to give more reason to get new).

Did anyone actually think N would put their games on something besides their consoles? It doens't even need expalined, I'm surprised he just dint say 'Buy a 3DS for portable Mario'.

@BradBurns Its probably the art direction, at a certain point you cant rally do much more. Another example is the style of NSMB, the U version is probably as nice as it can get. Its not bad looking, but its also not puching any envelopes.

No rig to play this sadly, hopefully it at least retains the same amount of "uncutness" as the orignal. I dont want to be a complete lack of gore.
