I've kinda totally lost track of this series and the overarching storyline at this point.

Definitely has gone on for to long and needs an ending point.

As indicated by the preface "Probably unpopular opinion" before giving my opinion or, as you put it, "spewing my own view".

Only major new game (If you're not a hockey fan) - and the only one that I'm interested in - is Hellblade 2.

Probably unpopular opinion, but I tend to think that the value of Gamepass is vastly overstated. You don't own your games, usually have a limited time that they're available for certain to play, and if you have a limited amount of time anyway you may as well just buy the games that you want on various Steam sales.

Give me lifetime ownership over my games vs. paying for them in perpetuity.

First season was god awful.

Didn't ask for, and don't want. Not even remotely interested, with or without Peter Jackson at the helm.

One day, companies will realize that there is to much of a good thing. That you can kill your IP by over milking it.

They should probably wait and roll this sort of change out when they actually have some halfway decent original content.

I'm pretty okay without a sequel to any of these tbh.

Some movies are great as a stand-alone offering, and don't need to be diluted with extra content.

I'll be patiently waiting. 11 was excellent and so was 8. Just make it like one of those two and we're good.
