I would like to know how many of you have finished STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl, and what ending you wound up with and if it was as bad as mine.

I ended up with the "I wish to be rich" ending. (if you have completed the main quest you know what i'm talking about). 

So I take it there are seven more out there, tow of which you survive and are able to play on. PLEASE post any other endings you other STALKERs may have come across!

Hello everybody, for starters I would just like to say, STALKER is a very fun and immersive game and all that, but have you guys gotten to the end yet?  Supposedly, there are 8 different endings, only two of which allow you to continue playing...

"Semi-Spoiler" **Skip next two paragraphs if you don't want to know what one of the 8 ending are!**

 The game ended for me like this:  I walk into the sarcophagus (the heart of Chernobyl NPP) and I say to said object, "I want to be rich..." as the player I immediately do a double take; rich? I thought this was a survival game, not the genie of the lamp... anyways, to make a long story short Marked One thinks gold pieces are falling from the ceiling when really all along they were the screws holding the roof up above my head.  So I get crushed and die. The end. Lame end is you ask me.

But looking back on it, I now realize what may have caused such an odd ending.  All the game I was finding and selling artefacts and making a crapload of money (I had about 100000 rubles when it ended).  This is probably the ending you get If you appear greedy or hoarding.  So if you don't want this ending, I suggest you. Spend your money and help out other STALKERS more than you normally would, and see what happens!

If anyone has experienced a different ending, please tell on this thread because I want to know if it's worth replaying and if they are any better!

And for all you STALKERs that haven't reached the end, keep on STALKING! I barely tapped the secrets of the Zone as I rushed through it... do not make that same mistake! Savor the flavor!!!!

Whos is this person who asks such questions?  to ask why Halo is awesome is to ask the mening of life.  It just can't be answered! Halo 1 is the most awesomest (like that word?:D) between the two.

What kind of retard would care about it anyways? Save this question for your beer drinking buddies after you've each had 7 or 8. Then maybe you can cook up a legit answer.
