@chessmaster1989: If you don't think WoW belongs on a list like this you've gone full retard. I quit WoW at least 5 years ago, but vanilla WoW was one of the greatest games to ever grace the industry. And I've played the vast majority of the games on that list.

This lists are always meh, but both TLoU and WoW belong very high up on any best ever list.

I'm fine with that, I don't have the same amount of time to game now so this is good for me. I really got into Demons and Dark Souls 1, I spent a lot of times on those games and finished both, but with reduced time to game I could not get into DK2.

I'm getting it and being someone who NEVER buys DLC I might get one of those season pass things.

This is legit Next Gen Halo. This is Bungie, I find it so strange how just because it doesn't have Halo in the title the hype is so much lower. It IS Halo, it just has a different name, if Bungie had never left MS it would be called Halo something.

I just think it's going to have really long legs and a HUGE community. SP might be short but MP will last years.

Gamespot has been on a downhill spiral for a long time now, it started when all the good reviewers left for Giant Bomb and the gaming community started to not trust the credibility of gamespot reviews, people like Mcshea have done absolutely nothing to bring back the glory days of gamespot. I honestly think this could be the beginning of a comeback for the website. I hope they pick up some good reviewers. Objective gamer focused reviewers, not feminists, or politically minded opinionated reviewers, not shock value artists, gamers that can look at games and be objective and tell other gamers that this game is worth buying for whatever reason. I mean if you're going to go for the shock value artist, or the strange taste heavily opinionated reviewer at the very least make it someone with a great personality that's fun for us.

Ideally the site will find people like Greg K and Jeff Gertsmann, awesome personalities and awesome reviewers.

It's sad that people lost their job but knowing I won't have to look at another McShea review is great news in my book.

Destiny is Next Gen Halo. MMO and RPG elements elevate it to something greater. I'm hooked on the beta. Gonna spend a LOT of time with the game. Day 1.

Killzone 2 was one of the best shooters of last gen. Beat out Halo in awards and got like a 92 Metacritic. Graphics were insane, gunplay was amazing and actually felt unique and the multiplayer map and level design was among the best of last gen period.
