@gamefreak215jd @banana23man The Witcher 2 was a console port in a sense. At least UI/game mechanics wise. Unlike the first game it was developed for the lowest common denominator (360) even if the game launched first on PC.
Why would the books spoil the game since the events in the game happen after the events in the books? Knowing the backstory just means you get more out of the games because you are more familiar with the lore and characters and are able to recognize the references to the books..
Funny. Not trying to be a complete elitist a-hole, but it's pretty amusing that after playing games in native 1080p for over half a decade, this article is considered "news" :D
My biggest problem with the game is probably the gameworld itself. Arkham City was a city turned into a massive penitentiary but Gotham City is not. You'd expect to see more civilians and traffic but it plays exactly the same way as Arkham City. Sure they're trying hard to make excuses for it, like "it's Christmas eve and there's a blizzard" but once you hear the police sirens and see no cars, you realize how pitiful the excuses are. And the immersion of a living city crumbles. Otherwise it's a very enjoyble game. Looks great and plays great.
