A large portion of this game's locations and environments feel unfinished and I'm not just talking about texture pop-in. Literally large areas of this game's towns are rife with low poly/low res textures that are worse than something you'd see in early PS360 games. This alone should've prevented a score of 10. I'm not a conspiracy theorist but this perfect score is fishy.

There are parts of this game that feel unfinished from a graphical standpoint. After you leave the industrial part of the city and explore the little towns, it almost feels like a last gen game. Blurry textures, low poly assets and texture LOD becomes very apparent and it ruins the immersion. Not sure how a game with these issues gets a 10 but it is Gamespot so..
