Rogue Leader on gamecube, I played the trench run level and dropped my plans for a ps2 and never looked back.

Also Persona 4 Golden on vita. The only full retail vita game I bothered to play and I still feel I got my moneys worth from the console!

That's all I need to hear. The ability mixing is what makes FFV's jobs system so compelling. This game will get serious GreySeal9 points if it deepens the ability mixing.

Yeah, I mean, I'm a swordmaster right now. Going for that, but I can just level my 'Performer' job and use abilities from that. I don't have any though because the only job I've levelled is Swordmaster. There's a total of 9 jobs.

FFV has a lot more jobs, but some are so much more useful than others that I feel Braverly Default's 9 is a good amount, provided that they are all useful.

Thanks for posting those screenshots!

It has 24 jobs in the main game with some very strange ones (I understand you can be a pirate and wear an eyepatch) the demo has 9 jobs and their seems to be a lot of flexibility in the system.

Did anyone else notice in that trailer that the character portrait next to the lives uses the old style art for mario? I thought that was a nice touch and a throwback to the NES days.

I'm desperate for a new persona game but looking at the different cities listed underneath I have a horrible feeling it could just be a soundtrack concert tour. I hope I'm wrong (and also it would be a bit stupid to have hype build up for two months only to reveal that).

Sheep don't deserve it. Plain and simple. Hopefully it doesn't because I'd hate to miss out on a Persona game since I refuse to support Nintendo in any way.Xaero_Gravity

Didn't I see in another thread that you had a 3ds?

I seem to recall a persona game for 3ds was mentioned by one of the series creators in 2011. Not sure if that remains in development given the turbulent period Atlus is going through but if they stay third party it wouldn't surprise me considering the close relationship between Atlus and Nintendo thats developed over the last few years and the focus they have given to putting SMT games on Nintendo handhelds.

I'd be happy either way as I have both a 3dsXL and a Vita (which I bought for P4 Golden, first persona game and I loved it).

Thanks very much that did the trick. Though it seems as though the customisation options are now a lot more limited which is a shame.
