Jokes aside, 9/10 is a good score and this review was fine. I'll probably still enjoy the hell out of this game even with its misogynistic undertones. It is possible to enjoy a game while acknowledging that some aspects of it are problematic.

As soon as games evolved beyond a ball going back and forth across the screen, they began to recieve more attention. As soon as graphics and gameplay became more realistic and sophisticated, games recieved more attention. As soon as developers began pushing the envelope in violent and sexual content, games recieved more negative attention. People bitch about this game. They bitched about the Tomb Raider reboot months ago. People bitched about San Andreas and Vice City almost 10 years ago. People bitched about Mortal Kombat in the 90s (hell, they're the reason for the creation of the ESRB). In the early 80s/late 70s, people bitched about games like Death Race.

These kinds of controversies are not new.
