I did not know this game. But l look more for something more more first person. Not just menus and clicking.

There is a game coming called gold rush, based on ghe episodes. But it is very limited and no multiplayer. But l look for something similar. No other ideas?

Hi everyone,

I'm like to play co-op games, especially company simulators.

I'm thinking about games like construction simulator, farming simulator

but they have some flaws. construction simulator is full with bugs and bad graphics, farming simulator takes sooooooo long to get done something.

So I wonder if some of you have favourite company co-op games that you can play with friends.

greets

@Enragedhydra: depends on how your rig will look like

in the old days, I was a big fan of carmageddon. good game for arcade racing, but I liked it to just hit the others soooo hard.

There was also a game called "insane". a game with 4X4 cars, and racing towards portals. Fun thing was that the world was endless. meaning if you came to the end at west side, you entered on east side (pacman style :-D )

In 1997 there was a shooter called "blood". I think there was also a second one. I remember that the world was taken by hell, and you had to kill zombies, skeletons, vampires, etc. the fun thing were the animations. at a certain point you had a pistol with a flaming bullet. when you did "special effect shot" on a skeleton monk, his clothes catched fire, then he came running in pain to you, and died right in front of the camera. it was really brutal. I miss that game.

Carmageddon. it's pretty old, you do not find cars, but actually destroy them. during race you can make them crash, and sometimes you can buy the wreck. also need for speed most wanted. there you have to find cars that are parked around. but you do not restore them, you can just switch when you find them

@osan0: I don't remember the multiplayer of delta force, but I do remember I could shoot someone across the map, just one bullet, headshot. and they didn't even react, so you could kill everyone this way. Indeed not so realistic.

Now I'm thinking of it, actually we could talk about it in racegames too. for example need for speed. drive fast, hit everything on the road, crash your car, and have fun. But what would happen if the developers enter a system that you actually have to pay for the damage that is done to your car? (we don't talk about damage on the environment, cause what you do is illegal, so I suppose you will not wait until the police show up). I think you would drive more carefully and race more realistic. Are there racegames with this system too? I remember carmageddon :-p

@osan0: Then operation flashpoint is similar as Arma, at least the single player versions, and the older versions. I've played cold war crisis, dragon rising and red river, and only the first one was pretty same as Arma, 1 bullet, 1 kill. But I don't know it had multiplayer in it. dragon rising and red river were pretty much rushing and fire at will, even if you got killed by 1 bullet. There was something missing.

Now I think about it: does anyone remember "Delta force", pretty old, I think 1998?

@pyro1245: indeed Rainbow 6, but maybe this is not a massive shooter game. But good proposal. Thanks Pyro

any other proposals? I was also thinking about warthunder and world of thanks. although it's not with humans, you only have limited spawn
