I'd be happy for the devs, because that'd probably mean more sales and they'd get more money to continue making awesome games.

Plus, the more people that play awesome games the better. There is literally nothing negative to this.

Honestly, I can't think of any "worst" thing. The community at large isn't as bad as people are lead to believe. Yes there are **** everywhere, but that's thing. They're everywhere. Poor members of the community isn't a problem restricted to PC gaming or even gaming in general. Yes, you will see trolls and the like on Leage, TF2, Minecraft, WoW, any multiplayer. But you'll find the same people on CoD, Halo etc.

Lack of story based experiences? Lolwut? Witcher series, Mass Effect, Max Payne, STALKER, KOTOR 1/2, Arkham City, Torchlight, Magicka, Thief, Cave Story, Amnesia, Half Life, Monkey Island, and so much much more. Are some of these multi plat? Yes, but who bloody cares. The experiences are available on PC and that's all that matters.

Troubleshooting? I haven't had a major issue with a game in months. It's no where near as common as one thinks it is. Yes, sometimes you will have to deal with problems as it arises, but keeping your computer clean and up to date is really easy and can really help in the long run. Plus, at least for me, sometime I like troubleshooting stuff for some reason. It makes the final experience a tad bit sweeter, but yes, it can be very frustrating sometimes.

DRM is probably the worst, yes. However, most devs are realzing that it's a waste of time. Hopefully in a few years time we'll only have such an insignificant amount of it, much like Steam does, we won't notice it.

Is it possible? Maybe, probably so in fact.

However, it's not feasible. The hardware would cost a fortune, the software would cost a ton to develop and therefore a ton to buy. It's simply not needed.

I'll probably pick up the WiiU.

I always have one console to supplement my gaming habits (PS3 this gen) and the WiiU seems promising enough and considering my friends are buying it as well, might as well go for it.

Plus, I like the concept of the tablet. Would be a cool change of pace

Honestly, all people need to do is think about what they're typing and be nice. It could go a long way, but it'll never happen unless everyone could just put aside their differences for a while and try to weed out the crap.
