Rehashing old shit is a feature in this game. Reminds me of D2.

Literally every single title this worthless company announces, it gets destroyed on the socials. Within the next three or so years, i see them going bankrupt, and get acquired by Sony or MS.

Cringesoft has the worst higher ups since Bobby Kotick left. The kind of filth you do not want all your developers to be managed by.

Sounds like you're all up in your feelings with this game with you repeating yourself. I wonder what's got you so triggered?

I climbed 10010 towers and captured 877 camps as my main side activity.

Here's a juicy one. The official trailer on ubisoft japan has 2.9k upvotes and 27k down votes🤣

Japan has spoken, your game is a meme, Ubisoft. An insult to the whole nation.

Good luck on your sales AND ESPECIALLY the live support of this game. You're gonna need it.

Official trailer on the Ubi's channel. 5.85M views - 233k upvotes - 427k downvotes.

People have spoken. And i am glad the gaming community has woken up and finally stopped consuming Ubi's garbage. I am finally not alone in this war😁Only took over 10 years, but we're here. Welcome to where i've been for a long time.🙃

@hardwenzen: Valhalla crossed $1B in revenue. Getting "destroyed on the socials" is evidence of nothing. It's generally just a self-selecting circle-jerk for maladjusted twerps, not participated in by most normal people and not a valid empirical measure of jack shit.

That being said, the times it has risen to a general din from a majority of players, it tends to be over things Ubi is choosing to do here, like game-as-service/microtransaction crap and an unjustifiably high price point...so good luck to them with that I suppose. Do it right and people will look the other way. Do it wrong and all hell breaks loose.

Valhalla did manage to cross $1B with pretty much the same type of business model though...but Valhalla was not "seasonal" like this will be, which is another business model I think people are going to get sick of. Seasonal is just another pretense for trying to establish a steady milking of the consumer, easily slides into abusive territory (particularly in competitive games) and incentivizes lazy, iterative development choices and half-assed, mistake-riddled products rushed to meet earnings deadlines.

Valhalla came out a while a go, what we're currently experiencing with EVERYTHING from Ubisoft is on another level, MY LEVEL i've been at for 15 years. Good luck doing well right now, they'll get crucified and carpet bombed at the same time. The same applies to that Star Wars game, and whatever else they announced. This developer is royally f'ed.
