The Switch looks like an evolution of the Wii U that nobody wanted.

Negatives:

1.What is the appeal of carrying a 7 inch tablet around with you that is only good for gaming? All in one mobile devices rule the market now.

2. Underpowered for this hybrid stuff no one asked for.

3. Using an architecture that will like require 3rd parties to put in a lot of extra work for ports of multiplatform games.

4. Another gimmicky, uncomfortable looking control scheme with the "pro" controller viewed a secondary option that you have to buy separately.

5. A focus on using it in a bunch of situitions that won't happen in real life. Mat be I'm out of touch, but I don't go to parties or other social activities to play multiplayer videogames on a tiny screen.
