I'm up for any Zelda game that isn't in the same style & design as BOTW/TOTK. We need smaller focused Zeldas too, like past games.

@onesiphorus: There very well could be a better replacement that will do a better job, but the chances are it'll be someone more brutal.

Look, Phil is far from perfect but I worry if they replace him, someone much worse who doesn't know the industry at all (like Don Mattrick back in the day) will come in and things will be alot worse. The grass isn't always greener...

As a service and value for money, GP is awesome. I stand by that. But I'm starting to question if it's going to be good for the industry long term. This is eye opening.

Sounds good, bring it on!!

Hopefully we get some decent games to close out the Switch's life.

@Pedro: Exactly.

Nintendo gets a lot of criticism for having weaker hardware, but I think they have it right. I mean they're not laying off thousands of people constantly like everyone else. Idk, just seems not sustainable anymore.

And now Sony are going to release yet another more powerful system when the current ones are fine... It's a race to the bottom imo.

@Pedro: @uninspiredcup: Yeah agree with both of you.

I just think this endless pursuit of graphical fidelity is hurting the industry. I'm no games developer, but it just seems so labour intensive to make these kinds of games and the profits are minimal. I don't know...

Seriously Microsoft?

Xbox needs Japanese studios, but they close Tango? I don't get it.

This is why Nintendo is so successful, they nurture talent and rarely get rid of staff.
