As far as I'm concerned, the game is a Red State party. A case of conservatives vs extremists. The PETA folks might raise an outcry over the way animals are treated in the Far Cry games. That's about it for them. I don't think it's about race either when there are African-American cult members in the game.
With all the game mechanics hinted at, I think I'm going to enjoy this one the most (Primal exempted, of course) and I've enjoyed all the numbered Far Cry games.
Strangely enough, the most comments I've seen about users having problems with the Windows Registry were Mac users. Granted, it was back in the XP days. Even so, I didn't have that much software problems. For the few problems I did have, none required messing with the registry. So, whenever I saw a Mac user insist on having registry issues, I just shook my head and thought, "What the hell are these guys doing?"
