Hate to jump into graphic wars, but the Xbox One yet again over saturates stuff and it looks like atmospheric effects (fog) has been reduced on the Xbox One version. From the DF preview the Xbox One version also has worse off LoDing and foliage in a lot of areas.
Truthfully there isn't a huge difference. Unless you put them side by side and closely examined the two, you wouldn't ever feel like you're getting a worse game if you played the Xbox One version.
The biggest difference will be when the PC version hits and does 60fps and higher than 1080p resolutions. Even then the assets aren't going to change. LoDing will be best on the PC as will be shadow render distance, shadow render resolution, overall processing passes and whatnot, but overall the game won't look *that* much better on a PC since the assets aren't going to be higher resolution.
