actually their isnt a difference performance wisebetween the 360 ans ps3.... the ps3 has a very little more raw power than the 360 but it has worse software behind its hardware so it kind of levels out
lol swift I think it would be wrong to say that sony have rushed the console out, their launch into europe is a joke. They've made us wait months and months longer than the rest of the world. and now they have the cheek to charge £100 or $200 more than the rest of the world for....(yes it gets worse) an inferior machine. YES thats right they have also removed backwards compatibility spare the odd few games that they will emulate through software. But seeing as Sony dont appear to give a **** about Europe anymore I doubt they will bother to put the emulation in place for all that many games either. As mentioned the online multi-player is a downright disgrace compared to xboxlive... Despite all of this I havent cancelled my pre-order with sony yet(not that pre-orders are really necessary seeing as its proving very un-popular). But if they decide to come out with another surprise like ummm removing blu-ray or something(it wouldnt come as that much of a surprise the way things are going) then sony have lost my pre-order and Im getting a 360 and wii.(you can get the two for the same price!!!)
stupid sony why dont they just come out and tell us Europians and Aussies that they hate us??? I would hate to have the european or Australian r public relations job for Sony right now! I mean the fact that they are charging us £100 or $240 more than anyone else is just pure extortion. But then they have the cheek to go and give us an inferior console... but we still get to pay a hell of a lot more for it! I can only hope that the nintendo Wii and Xbox 360 stomp all over the PS3. Well at the moment that is happenning anyway, go over to nexgenwars and take allok for yourself.
lol so this isnt even going to be out for christmas in th UK. I am going to hold on till its out... but i can see alot of people just getting the wii. It is actually going to be available for christmas, and lets face it... its a hell of alot cheaper too.
To be honest I think and hope that the nitendo wii will slaughter the ps3. I can't see alot of mummy's and daddy's paying out however much the ps3 is, and then a hell of a lot more for games. But mummy's and daddy's would be all too willing to buy the much cheaper nintendo wii. I hope the nintendo is a runaway success, and I also hope they dont release a later model completely ditching people who bought the original...*cough*ds lite.
OCing sounds like a great idea, but im not gonna try it. I have had very little success each time i unscrew the case on my pc. I mean last time i tried to add to extra usb ports i couldn't even do that. They still don't work, so OCing is just a very bad idea for me, it would probably end up with me setting my computer on fire or something(and hence losing a lot more money than i saved). But i was wondering if you were to go in to a local smaller pc shop, not like dixons. Do you think that they would be able to do it for me???
