do we know which kinda ass creed this is? is it odyssey type ARPG-souls lite type of thing or is it the one-button-kill snooze of the past?
I honestly never even tried the odyssey version, bc it seemed the corny writing was still in play. But this does look more serious. I like it! Also Yasuke seems pretty cool if handled well... It has been a bite bore to play white hero samurai (last decade) or against white villain trying to exploit / civilize japan (this decade).
@hardwenzen: Kinda agree that ps5 is a bit of a let down. But as I turn on my xbox and instantly realise that Sony has 0 competition. Thats probably why they can keep under performing
I wanna say that while my playthrough on xbox gimp was quite mid, seeing this vid remind that the art direction and design implementation in the game is truly an ulta rare W. How often do we get to see good taste in video games? Look at that new map! Only guy I can imagine coming up w something similarly nice is Hideo. (this comment does _NOT_ include the main city hub that is the ugliest sht ive ever seen).
Now if the game had extreme difficulty during my playthrough I would have enjoyed it a lot more. Is there any DLC coming that we know of? If so, i might pick it up again.
@mogan: I agree, I would prefer to an id or machineg fallout game to a bethesda fallout game.
Dont get me wrong, fallout meant a lot to me and im forever grateful for todds work with it. But its been a while since they delivered. I would love to see an actual AAA game with a modern engine being used.
@noodles227: art style of dmc really put me off as well tbh. Tbf I’ve had my share of soulslikes anyway. And I think art direction actually has moved more towards my tastes in the last couple of years so I shouldn’t complain too much. Hope you enjoy it buddy
@James_xeno: i dont get it? all im saying that i think the sexual aeshtetics of the game prevents me from enjoying it. Im not saying anything is wrong from a moral stance. Im just annoyed by how such a cool game is ruined by infantile art direction
man this looks like fun. But i dont enjoy feeling like a frustrated teen with hormonal problems. I wish there was hard mode from start and adult mode without perv aesthetics
