FYI temp fix in Gmail: Go to "Settings" --> "Filters" --> Add new filter --> Add from newsletters@gamespot.com to your filter, click "Continue" and then select "Delete It". From there, save the filter.

The benefit to this is it auto-deletes any emails you shouldn't be receiving from GameSpot. I was sick of receiving Daily Updates, despite unsubscribing and testing in multiple browsers, so I did this.

The downside (for GameSpot at least) is it hurts their ranking with Google spam filters, so there's a higher chance Google will start classifying GameSpot emails as spam in the future.

I can duplicate this issue, on both Chrome 35 and Internet Explorer 11 (Windows 8.1).

To shed more light, path I follow is click the "Settings" drop-down, change "Email Me" to "Disabled" for both News, features, reviews or videos are published and Someone comments on my review or blog, click "Save", the page refreshes and my changes don't appear saved (defaults back to Daily and Immediately, respectively).

I know the GS tech team is great, so I'm sure they're working to fix this quickly (in the meantime, I set up an automatic Gmail fitler to have anything from GameSpot sent to spam as it was getting annoying).

@gmax: How many times have you been told you're awesome today? I'd like to make that one more!

It's a silly thing really, but I can't tell you how much these mean to me. I have a strong spot in my heart for GameSpot and I'm really appreciative you passed these along. Thank you.

Hello - I had the same profile image for the past nine (!!!) years on this site, and a blog image and signature for nearly as long.

My profile image gif doesn't exist anymore on the Internet, so is there anyway to get the profile image I had before the redesign? Really sad to have lost all three images that have become so synonymous with my GS user account for nine years.

According to billboard this thing is on pace to sell between 700,000 and 800,000 copies http://www.billboard.com/#/news/lil-wayne-s-carter-iv-may-debut-at-no-1-1005332142.storySwanogt19
Insane to think about. For reference, "Watch the Throne" only sold 436,000 copies the first week.

I'm with all of you that say this album is weaker than expected, though. IMO, C3 > C2 > C4. The sign of a good Wayne album is the intro song (remember how strong they were on C2 and C3?). C4 has a horrible intro song.

But still, Wayne is the biggest/most successful rapper in the game right now, so I doubt he really cares.

[QUOTE="nutDAVE3"]

That album art is ridiculously awesome.

I would place large amounts of money on both the tracklist and album art being inaccurate, though.  Remember Tha Carter III "leaks", anyone?

I'm always weary about third-party sites saying something is official.  I could go on my website, do the same thing, label the aritcle "EXCLUSIVE" and say I talked to "inside exclusive industry sources" and have the same effect.

We've seen a similar thing happen a million times for big albums: Food & Liquor, Tha Carter III, and Thank Me Later come immediately to mind.

Official numbers are in, and he sold 12k.

Additionally, Drake is now at about 1 million sold, and Eminem is at about 2 million.

skeet skeet skeet.

I just hope Drake goes back to his mixtape self.  I'm a big fan of "Thank Me Later," but him and Weezy on "I'm Goin' In," "Unstoppable (Remix)" and "Ransom" were INCREDIBLE.
