Still waiting on Romance of the three kingdoms and Mount and blade updates (well English update in the case of RotTK) Really wish Koei wouldn't just abandon their English speaking fans all the time on their PC releases.

My best suggestion to you if PS2 games are ok would be the Persona series Specifically Persona 3 and Persona 4. Both games are rpg/horror (mild horror true but horror nonetheless). They both have a male lead, involve life management such as having to go to school during the day and make friends and acquaintances and are of course in English. I am a bit biased here as Persona 3 is one of my all time favourites but if those are the things you are looking for in a game these two are probably well worth a shot.

While I think it is very much true that TESO was not what a lot of people imagined it to be I still think it was an important step in gaming for a few different reasons. First of all many, many people do like to play MMOs to be honest I am not one of them but you just have to look at WoW to see the legions of fans available to MMO franchises. Secondly there have been quite a few companies that have, even if they failed in the MMO market itself, learnt a hell of a lot from their experiences in the online world. The third aspect of this I would put forward is that games companies do tend to be generally heading in that direction as far as I can tell. Lots of developers realise that online play in one form or another brings in a whole new market to their products, so even if like me you saw the idea of TESO as a terrible loss for the franchise, the developers see it as both a lesson and a way of earning new fans.

Going to agree with Threesixtyci about Xenosaga 2 I loved all three titles and think they are a great example of developers thinking outside the box and really trying to do things a little differently.

Been playing a bit of LoL recently after I spent some time in China where it seems every guy between the ages of 16 and 30 seems to play it. Just wondering how popular it is outside of China?

Was going through my collection this morning and realised that it is much larger than I remember with 268 PS2 games, 305 PSX games, 282 Megadrive(Genesis) games, 56 SNES games, that isn't counting handheld legacy consoles and pc games. So I am sure many of you have a bigger collection, question is how big?

Wondering if anyone else has been playing EUIV I was looking to set up a good list of challenge games for those looking for a new aim to play for. List of ideas I have so far is:

1) No victory at Vienna - As the Ottomans, or any other middle eastern country, complete the conquest of the HRE.

2) Asterix Rex - As Brittany conquer Ile de France and Rome.

3) Robert the Bruce Almighty - As Scotland Own all of Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

4) New Portugal - As Portugal colonize all of Mexico and Central America before the Spanish.

5) Viva Le Empire - As France become HRE and throw Spain out of Italy.

If you have any more let me know I'd love to try them out.
