Does anyone else have a problem with their Xbox One shutting off randomly about once every hour or two? I don't know if it is Need For Speed or if it is the system overheating or what. But it gets annoying.

Thanks guys; I definitely have it down now; been upgrading the crap out of the Challenger. You'll have to forgive my original questions, because I have not played a Need For Speed game since Hot Pursuit 2 on PS2. I guess the times caught up with me.

The grinding hasn't changed though. Whether you are playing a dude in a white cloak with red stripes and waving a wooden staff at your enemies for experience over and over again in Final Fantasy or you are driving the same course over and over again in Need For Speed Rivals...........it's all about the grind.

Never mind, now I get it. I couldn't understand why I wasn't earning SP nor could I figure out how to end things when I was done. So I had been crashing on purpose or getting busted on purpose to get back to the main screen.

Now I got it. You can go to a hideout even when you haven't completed things, and that will add to your sp. That's why I was feeling so darned stuck. I was in the second chapter and I wasn't earning SP and I didn't realize the cops take it all or how to activate a hideout without first completing everything.

Ok, then I think I screwed up and went a bit too far. So here's another question:

How do I delete what I've done so far, so that I may start over from square one? Because I can't figure out how to do it. Unlike the Xbox 360, when you go into system, there is no data storage to delete what you've done. I can't find it. Have they made it impossible to delete what you do in a game? So if you screw up, that's it? If you want to start over you have to create an entirely new profile? Cause that would be BS.

I'm having a hard time finding out how to reset from chapter 2 to chapter one so I can both 1) unlock other bronze stuff and 2) just simply redo stuff so I can collect money to upgrade things so I am more prepared for the harder levels.

Can somebody please explain how to do this? It's really annoying that isn't so straight forward.
