Seriously, man, I get you hate America, but this kneejerk reaction shit has got to stop lol. If you know anything about food history, you know that soul food is basically a blend of early immigrant (Europe) and slave cooking. Same with Creole food.
There is no such thing as "American" food, culture, and so forth.
Africa is a huge place. And it's certainly not full of Soul Food. And neither is France. England we already know their food is bad.
It doesn't matter what its history it. Doesn't change its present cuisine.
Myeh, all cuisines are a blend. And so is culture in general. America just has a very bad blend.
